Charcoal Pencil Drawing of Džoni Štulić (Azra)

I’ve already done a drawing of the ex-Yu Azra rock group before, and now I was asked to do only a portrait of its frontman. I decided to play around with charcoal, which is a new medium to me, and I was very happy with the results. The black areas look great and the drawing is nearly photorealistic. I did use some graphite here and there.

Here’s the drawing progression:

If you like my work, check out my Facebook page or my Instagram for more of the drawings. If you’re interested in my artwork and wish to buy one of my original drawings, or commission a new one, it’s best to contact me through Facebook or email. You can order a  portrait of someone to give as a present, or anything else you can imagine. I can draw anything you like.
